The payment of compensations, confirmed by the court, under insurance contracts concluded through the Bulgarian branch of "Olympic" has started

As the first stage in the process of payments under insurance contracts concluded through the Bulgarian branch of the insurance company "Olympic" in liquidation, the Guarantee Fund started paying the principal on the undisputed compensations, determined and confirmed by the court.

Payments will be made in the period from 4 to 8 July 2022, according to the list and information provided to the Guarantee Fund by the liquidators of Olympic Insurance Company. The respective amounts of the compensations will be paid out by the Guarantee Fund via bank transfer to the injured parties, to the bank accounts indicated by them during the liquidation proceedings of Olympic Insurance Company. Throughout the entire process related to the Olympic case, the Bulgarian Guarantee Fund has always proactively defended the interests of the Bulgarian side and will continue to work to ensure the most favorable conditions for the injured parties.
