Invitation to the creditors of Insurance Company Euroamerican Ltd – in liquidation

Dear creditors of Insurance Company Euroamerican Ltd,

The Guarantee fund, BULSTAT 121446665, headquartered and managed at: city of Sofia, 2 Graf Ignatiev Street, floor 4, represented jointly by the executive directors Maksim Nanev Kolev and Stefan Georgiev Stoilkov, acting as Liquidator of Insurance Company Euroamerican Ltd, as per Decision # 123-ОЗ dated March 11, 2021 of the Financial Supervision Commission for the proceedings towards the compulsory liquidation of Insurance Company Euroamerican Ltd with a revoked license, entered in the Trade register of the Registry agency under Unified Identification Code UIC 124634117, as per article 267 of the Trade act, invites the creditors of Insurance Company Euroamerican Ltd – in liquidation, to submit their claims to the company within a term of 6 (six) months as of the announcement of the invitation in the Trade register of the Registry agency.

Claims can be submitted to the address of the Guarantee fund in the city of Sofia 1000, 2 Graf Ignatiev Street, for the attention of the liquidator as represented by Mr. Maksim Kolev and Mr. Stefan Stoilkov.
