The educational quiz-game "No mistakes on the road" is launched, the Guarantee Fund is a partner in the children`s road safety initiative

With the educational quiz-game "No mistakes on the road" the organizers - DG National Police - Ministry of Interior, Guarantee Fund (GF) and the Association of Bulgarian Insurers (ABZ) - call for increased attention on the road and offer an engaging way to improve children's knowledge and skills regarding the rules and safe behavior on the road. The initiative takes place in the framework of the next edition of the European campaign "Together for children's road safety".
"Improving road safety is one of the Guarantee Fund's top priorities and we believe this initiative will have a positive impact. Children are particularly vulnerable on the road, so it is important to build skills and habits early on to help them live safely. It is even more effective to do this in a way that is interesting for children" - commented Maxim Kolev, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the GF, on the initiative.
The educational online quiz "No Mistakes on the Road" is oriented towards young road users and a game with prizes based on the quiz will be held in the period 16 November - 7 December 2022. Children and parents, educational institutions, educational, cultural and other organisations can join the game by solving the "No Mistakes on the Road" quiz. Participants have to find out if there are any mistakes and indicate what they are in ten situations on the road, represented by pictures in the online quiz. As well as checking and enriching their knowledge of the basic rules of road safety, they will also be able to enter a prize draw. Here are the prizes: 3 vouchers each worth BGN 100 for individual participants and 3 vouchers, each worth BGN 200 for group participants (kindergartens, schools, educational organisations, etc.). The prerequisite for entering the raffle is that participants solve the "No mistakes on the road" quiz between 16 November and 7 December 2022 and submit their email address. Winners will be determined on December 9, 2022.
The "No Mistakes on the Road" educational online quiz remains freely available after the game period, so anyone interested and willing can use it in their work with children.
The "Together for children's safety on the road!" campaign is an international initiative that brings together government road safety institutions, insurance associations and other organisations from eight European countries - Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia. Its participants implement various initiatives and activities aimed at road safety and aiming to protect what is most precious to all of us - the health and lives of our children.
