The Financial Supervision Commission determines the installments under obligatory insurance with the Guarantee fund for the year 2022

As per the suggestion of the Council of the Guarantee fund, the Financial Supervision Commission determined the installments that insurers offering obligatory third-party liability motor insurance in the Republic of Bulgaria make to the Guarantee fund. For the year 2022, the installment remains in the amount of 10.50 BGN for each insured motor vehicle.

The amount for installments made by insurers offering obligatory “Accident” insurance to passengers in public transport vehicles under article 461, item 2 of the Insurance code also remains unchanged, at 0.15 BGN for each seat, not counting the driver.

The installment amount with the Reserve fund under the Guarantee fund remains at 2.50 BGN for each motor vehicle insured under obligatory third-party liability motor insurance.

The total amount of installments to the Guarantee fund for each motor vehicle remains the same, at 13 BGN, divided between the two funds.
