The new website of the Guarantee Fund offers additional conveniences for users

The new website of the Guarantee Fund contains enriched information about the functions and activities of the organization, while preserving all previous functionalities and options for inquiries by users, including the most widely used - checking for the availability of the MPTL insurance for motorists and Frontier MTPL insurance, check on  claims representatives.

"The provision of a digital environment and solutions oriented to the needs of users is a focus of the activity of the Guarantee Fund. With the renewed site and the innovations introduced to it, we aim both to make it easier for citizens and to create optimal conditions for higher user awareness," said Maxim Kolev, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of the Guarantee Fund.

Among the innovations is the possibility for users to pay their obligations online - penalties for lack of MTPL insurance and liabilities under recourse invitations, agreements, reconciliations and court decisions.

The interactive online help "What to do in case of a road accident?" aims to provide users with information about various situations in road accidents. The focus is placed on the possibilities for those innocently injured on the road to receive compensation under MPTL insurance and on the consequences for uninsured drivers. The interactive online help"What to do in a road accident?" is developed in form of a test, and by choosing from sequentially presented options, users can reach the situation they are interested in and to receive related information and advice. It covers common situations in road accidents in Bulgaria and abroad.
