Useful Information for Holders of Motor Third Party Liability Insurance Policies Issued by DallBogg: Life and Health JSC
10 June 2026
By Decision of 9 June 2026, the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) revoked the insurance licence of DallBogg: Life and Health JSC. The revocation of the licence does not affect insurance contracts already concluded with the company. Existing Motor Third Party Liability (MTPL) insurance policies remain valid and continue to provide insurance cover.
Compensation payable under compulsory Motor Third Party Liability insurance is guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Bulgaria. From the date on which the insurer's licence was revoked, the Guarantee Fund is responsible for claims that the insurer is unable to pay. This ensures that all persons with valid claims against the insurer will receive the compensation to which they are entitled.
